The hotel's location was lovely, so close to the beach and shops and restaurants, the town centre and the cliff top and the ferry. We saw an award-winning oceanarium, that's at a walking distance from the venue.

The hotel is neat, has views of the sea. It boasts marvellous, magnificent location near the sea as well as the beaches. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed a parish church, set at a walking distance from the venue. Make sure to get deluxe room with a comfortable bed, coffee making etc, fantastic breakfast.

Welcoming staff and nice place. A wide array of options for fine breakfast. Lovely area, central location next to the town centre and the cliff top and the lovely island, and local seaside resorts. Again, walking distance to Bournemouth Observation Wheel. Excellent service, parking on site.

The hotel is tidy and the staff are lovely. Everything is great, the room is amazingly comfortable with TV and comfy chairs plus first class facilities. The location is super and brilliant, adjacent to the town centre as well as seafront - couldn't be better. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is freshly made.

We loved spending 7 nights here. The breakfast was great with a good choice of excellent options. The whole staff was very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was friendly. Could leave our car on site. The hotel had a central location good in a very quiet area.

I would say its good choice for staying and exploring Shanklin. All in all it's neat place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds. The location is central, really close to railway as well as the island. The restaurant serves amazing local food. Thank you for a fairly nice stay.
